The museum displays minerals found in the Mule Mountains and shows Bisbee’s colorful mining history. What's more, it's part of the Smithsonian Institution's Affiliations Program, the first museum in the southwest to be designated – and distinguished – as an Affiliate. It gets better. Because once you've seen who did it and how it was done, you can walk over to the Queen Mine Tour, put on a hard hat and venture underground to see where it was done.

The Old Bisbee Ghost Tour is the only one of its kind. Your Ghost Host will lead you on this walking tour through Old Bisbee's streets, stairways, and old alleys after dark on an adventure to discover and learn about the ghosts that haunt this hundred twenty five year old town. Learn their history and favorite haunts while seeing Old Bisbee when very few do, after sunset. Visit the haunts of Julia who enjoys the company of married men staying along in her room, Nat the miner who owed money to the Money Man and paid for it with his life, and the Lady in White who saved the lives of three children. Old Bisbee Ghost Tour begins at 7:00 P.M. MST on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings. Private tours may also be scheduled. The tour lasts approximately an hour and a half. Adults - $13.00 Children under 12 - $11.00 The Old Bisbee Ghost Tour is a walking tour consisting of hills, steps, and loose pavement. The primary purpose for the special designation is to protect and enhance the desert riparian ecosystem, a rare remnant of what was once an extensive network of similar riparian systems throughout the American Southwest. One of the most important riparian areas in the United States, the San Pedro River runs through the Chihuahuan Desert and the Sonoran Desert in southeastern Arizona. The river’s stretch is home to 84 species of mammals, 14 species of fish, 41 species of reptiles and amphibians, and 100 species of breeding birds. It also provides invaluable habitat for 250 species of migrant and wintering birds and contains archaeological sites representing the remains of human occupation from 13,000 years ago. The area provides opportunities for wildlife viewing including birdwatching, picnicking, primitive camping, pre-historic and historic site visiting, hunting, hiking, fishing, biking, horseback riding, guided hikes, interpretive site visitation, and weekend children’s programs.
