All rates are single or double occupancy, per night.

A major credit card is required to secure your stay - you may pay with an alternate payment method at checkout. We accept  Visa, Mastercard, check or Cash.

Tax Rate - Website pricing is excluding Lodging tax which is 11.05%.

Additional Guests

Website rates are for 1-2 adults. An upcharge of $5.00 per person for additional guests (toddlers are free).

Same day reservations, although you have received this message, please call us to confirm that your reservation has been received.

Check In 2:00pm / Check Out 11 am

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made two (2) days prior to the date of arrival to avoid full room charges. In the event we are able to rebook the room for the duration of your booking, there will be no charge.

No Shows

If a guest does not arrive and honor their reservation, or contact us to cancel, they will be charged for the full amount of the stay.

Pets

Pets are allowed in all 7 rooms, $5.00 fee per pet per night.

Smoking... no smoking is allowed in any room or indoor space, but is allowed outside, if away from other guests.

Breakfast .... Optional  $15.00 Continental Basket, feeds two, must be arranged the day prior to the morning served.
