Q. Is food available?

Yes! You have several options available for purchase. All are prepared to order from 7:00AM to 10:00AM and delivered to your room. Click on the Dining tab (above) for pictures and details. Notify a Host when you make your reservation or when you arrive if you would like to enjoy our delicious cooking!

Q. How do I cancel my reservation?
A.
Depending on the type of reservation, you will either be able to cancel the reservation online or you will need to call the Ranch for assistance.

Return to the place you made the reservation online and check for the options to modify/cancel the reservation. If you need assistance with this, call (520) 432-3866.

Q. How do I update or modify a reservation?
A.
Depending on the type of reservation, you may be able to update or modify your reservation online.

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
A.
The check-in time is after 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Check out is by 11:00 am on your last day. You will be greeted by one of our Hosts when you arrive who will show you to your room. Late check out may be available. Additional fees may apply.

Q. Where can I find my reservation confirmation number?
A.
When you make a new reservation online, you will see your confirmation number on both the online confirmation page and your confirmation email. If you make your reservation over the phone, your booking agent will verbally provide you with a confirmation number—you may also receive a confirmation email with the confirmation number. Please keep your confirmation number for reference.

Q. What accommodations exist for Guests with disabilities?
A.
Mile High Ranch has limited accommodations for Guests with mobility disabilities.

Units 5 & 6 can be accessed by wheelchairs, but only Unit 6 has a bathroom large enough that can be rolled into. It does not, however, have grab bars. These buildings, like most of Bisbee, are very old and were not designed for modern standards. The gardens and event lawn are all wheelchair-accessible. Note that roads and some pathways are gravel.

Q. What if I arrive prior to my check-in time?
A.
First, ask a Host if early check-in is available. If it’s not, feel free to relax in the gardens or explore the Ranch.

Q. Does the Ranch offer a Late Check-out?

A. Yes! For $25 guests can enjoy the luxury of a 1:00 pm check out, giving you more time to explore the area or sleep in!

Q. Is my room assigned when I make my reservation?
A.
Typically, yes. However sometimes circumstance outside of our control may result in a change in your room selection. In these instances, we work to find a comparable accommodation.

Q. What do I need to provide for identification purposes when I arrive at Mile High Ranch?
A.
Upon arrival you must provide a valid form of ID.

Valid forms of identification:

  • U.S. state driver’s license (includes U.S. territories*)

  • U.S. state ID (includes U.S. territories*)

  • U.S. military ID

  • Original passport

  • Copy of passport (either on paper or captured on a mobile device), along with a government-issued photo ID** that can verify the person and birth date shown on the copy

  • NEXUS card issued by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (Canadian Guests only)

 

All Guests visiting from outside of the United States are required to present both a valid passport as well as another form of government-issued photo ID from their country of origin.

*U.S. territories include Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa.

**Foreign driver’s licenses or ID cards are not acceptable by themselves.

Q. Are there fees for damaged linens?

A. Please help us keep our white linens white by making use of provided paper towels or the makeup and cleaning cloths for clean ups that may leave stains. White towels are for personal cleaning only. If we are unable to clean misused linens we will charge a replacement fee.

Q. Are Guests permitted to use firearms, ammunition or weapons at Mile High Ranch?
A.
 Guests are not permitted to carry or use firearms, ammunition, knives or weapons of any kind anywhere on property. Please keep these locked and out of sight in your vehicle.

Q. Is the ranch noisy?

A. Quiet Hours are 9pm to 7am, and all guests are required to keep noise and conversations at a low level during this time period. Our Hosts will promote these quiet hours and enforce respectful behavior.

Q. How many days can I stay at the ranch?

A. Guests are welcome to stay up to 29 days per visitand we hope to see you often!

Q. What benefits do I receive with my reservation?

Q. I am not a United States citizen. Do I need to present a passport or photo ID when I check in?

You can pay lodging, meals and all purchases with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, and cash (USD).

Q. What areas of the ranch permit smoking?
A.
Mile High Ranch and property is completely smoke free (including vaping/e-cigarettes). Guests who wish to smoke are encouraged to do so on a nice walk in the surrounding neighborhoods, or in the designated smoking area.   Read More

Q. How is the Mile High Ranch's smoke-free policy enforced?
A.
To cover the costs of cleaning and restoring a guest room to a smoke-free condition, a US $150 to US $500 recovery fee (based on the room/suite type) will be charged to Guests who smoke in any building or guest room. Our Hosts are happy to direct you to nearby locations where you may smoke.
