Ranch Services

Your well-being is our top priority. If you feel ill or find that you require medical assistance, please contact one of our Hosts or call 911. For minor issues, check with a host who can access our First Aid Kit.

Personal Medications

You can store medications that require refrigeration in your guest room refrigerator. For your safety and the safety of our other guests and Hosts, please bring appropriate containers for the safe disposal of hypodermic needles if you use them for your medications.

2. Lost & Found

Did you lose an item during your visit to Mile High Ranch? Please contact us immediately. We recognize that your item is important to you and will reach out if we believe we have found it—or need more information. If found, we will gladly ship it to you at cost. We keep all unclaimed items in a secure area for 30 days.

3. Laundry Service

Is it time to get rid of signs of the dusty trail?

​

SELF SERVICE: We have an on-site laundry room for guests. Please check with your hosts who will coordinate with you and provide you with any needed laundry soap, softener, or dryer sheets. Laundry room includes: wash basin, ironing board, iron, and folding table. Price is just $5 per load (includes wash, dry, and laundry products).

 

VALET LAUNDRY SERVICE: Too busy to do it yourself? Our Wash & Fold Laundering Service costs $2.00 per shirt, blouse or shorts, $2.50 per pair of pants or dresses, and small items like underwear and a pair of socks are $1.00. Minimum $10 per order. To have your things back by the end of the day (6:00 pm), they must be available for pick up before noon. We can provide you with a laundry bag. Call us at 520-432-3866 to arrange this service.

4. Pet Policy

Mile High Ranch is happy to be one of a very few lodging facilities in Bisbee that welcomes dogs. Because we want to be able to continue this privilege, all guests must comply with the following requirements:

 

1. Additional flat fee of $50 per reservation.

2. One to two dogs permitted under 50 pounds each (other kinds of pets are not accepted).​

3. A valid credit card number must remain on file at the Main Office (no debit cards).

4. Dogs, including service animals, may NEVER be left unattended in your guest room. We are a hotel, not a kennel, and we take no responsibility for your pet or service animal.

5. Dogs, including service animals, must be kept off of furniture and bedding.

6. When outside of guest room, dogs and service animals must be on a leash at all times.

7. Guest is responsible for clean up after dogs and service animals and must properly dispose of waste in the outside trash cans. If you need cleaning cloths, please do not use guest room bath linens; use the towels inside the basket labeled "Cleaning Towels" in your bathroom. Staff will gladly provide additional cleaning cloths on request.

8. Damages caused by pets or service animals to guest room, its furnishings and linens, or any other part of the Ranch are the sole responsibility of their "parents." Additional fees will be charged for any damage caused by pets or service animals.

9. Noise / Disruptive Complaints: If Ranch management receives complaints, or decides your pet is being disruptive to the quiet atmosphere of the property, alternative arrangements must be made for your pet immediately. If a particular service animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, or if it is not housebroken, that animal will be excluded.

5. Wireless Internet Access (WiFi)

Be sure to make the most of complimentary wireless Internet access (WiFi).

​

To access complimentary WiFi, simply select the Mile High Ranch's network from a WiFi enabled device. Then, you’ll be able to browse the Internet, read email, access instant messaging, and share memories from your vacation to make the most of your visit! Access information is posted in each guest room.

International Guests

Stay connected while travelling internationally and cut out expensive data roaming costs by taking advantage of complimentary WiFi.

​

To avoid incurring data roaming charges, just deactivate data roaming in the settings area of your mobile device. For additional options—including purchasing a data roaming plan or other travel data package—please contact your network provider.

​

Please note: using complimentary WiFi will not keep you from avoiding any calls, SMS or MMS roaming costs as these are not related to your device’s use of data.

Guests staying at Mile High Ranch can enjoy made-from-scratch sweet treats delivered to them for in-room celebrations. Imagine how delighted your friend or family member will be when they see they've received such a special surprise!
