Here's what to know before you go.

The safety and well-being of our guests, employees, and community is of the highest importance to us. Our promise of a comfortable and safe stay remains our highest priority. Guest rooms are sanitized and aired out between guests, and each has it's own private entrance so relax and enjoy your stay in the great outdoors!



Mask Requirement

Facial coverings are not required at this time for guests, management, and contractors. If you plan to explore our neighboring communities, please be aware they may have mask requirements in place and plan accordingly for your visit. 


Safety and Sanitation

We have always maintained health and sanitation standards as required by the Health Department and have increased our efforts to further address public safety concerns. Several of our efforts are listed below. We will continue monitoring guidelines from health authorities and provide immediate support and training to our teams as needed.

  • Robust sanitation protocols, with specific procedures for all guest rooms and public spaces. This includes sanitation of all door knobs, switches, handles, remotes and more, plus complete air exchange of guest rooms between visits. 

  • Proper handwashing and hygiene


Property Amenities

Some of our traditional amenities are modified or suspended during this time.

  • The Campfire Program will continue on an as-needed basis with social distancing in effect. Guests are encouraged to seat themselves around the fire with a minimum of 6’ between unrelated groups. Please notify one of our Hosts if you would like to participate in a campfire program.

  • Guest Experiences & Special Programs have been discontinued until further notice.


Safe and Responsible Travel

We appreciate your support and understanding as we navigate this changing landscape together.


  • Check-In: Check-in with one of our hosts when you arrive and we'll get you on the path to relaxation ASAP.

  • Payment: A credit card authorization is required for check-in; all major credit cards are accepted. We prefer to accept payment via card at this time; however, we are prepared to accept cash if necessary.

  • Housekeeping Service: Light service to your room and any needed additional supplies are available upon request. Please contact a Host for service requests.

  • Maintenance Assistance: Our staff is available for assistance. We ask that you respect six feet of social distance while staff is in your guest room.

  • Community: Many of the services and businesses in our community that have been affected by the pandemic are beginning to re-open. Our team is happy to assist with up to date information on local restaurants and attractions during your stay.

  • Check-out: A contactless check-out is encouraged. You are welcome to leave the keys in your room, the door unlocked, and then hit the dusty trail for more adventures, but we're always here to assist if needed.
