1.4. Check-in: Guest Rooms are available between 3 PM and 8 PM. Guests may check-in at the Ranch Office or by phone when you arrive. Early check-in no earlier than 1 PM may be offered subject to availability and payment of $25 fee. Late check-ins after 8:00 PM are available, but please call to make arrangements.

1.5. Check-out: Guest Rooms must be vacated by 11 AM on the day of departure. You may remain until 1 PM, for an additional $25, if it does not conflict with other incoming reservations. Departure after 1 PM will be billed as another day's stay.

1.6. Cancellation Policy: It is completely understandable that your plans may change. Reservations may be cancelled by 6:00 PM MST five (5) or more days prior to your day of check-in without penalty. Cancellations must be made by phone at (520) 432-3866. CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION. If a guest does not arrive and honor their reservation, or fails to call us directly to cancel, they will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation. Early departures are not eligible for refunds. If you are concerned about the possible need to cancel less than 5 days in advance, you may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance to cover this risk.

1.7. Visitors: Your visitors are always welcome at Mile High Ranch, provided they check in at our main office when they first arrive. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all Ranch guidelines. All visitors must leave ranch by 10 PM.

For extended stays of a week or more, your room will receive light housekeeping service once a week (unless you choose to decline the service). This service will include removal of trash and used towels, replenishment of amenities, cleaning the vanity and floors.

2.1. Maximum Room Occupancy: Guest rooms have been designed for a specific maximum number of occupants. For safety reasons, visitors are prohibited from accommodating a higher number of people than they declared at the time of registration.

2.2. Public Behavior: Theft, public order offenses, verbal and physical violence, insults, fraud, drunkenness, indecency, malice, failure to comply with safety instructions and regulations, racism, etc. may cause Hosts to intervene and take necessary measures, whether notifying the police, making a formal complaint, or escorting the visitor off the property without any compensation, reimbursement, or other recourse.

In addition, Mile High Ranch reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit the access or cancel the stay of any person whose behavior may harm their own safety, those of other visitors, or the security of the premises.

We ask that you respect the cleanliness of the ranch and facilities provided for your pleasure and comfort.

The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce a vapor or smoke is allowed only off property, such as along the public street next to the property, or in the designated smoking area. 2.8. Portable Heaters: Heaters do a good job at keeping guest rooms warm on a chilly night. For safety reasons, please do not leave heaters unattended, and do not move heaters from their locations. Combining heaters onto one circuit will trip the breaker.

2.9. Noise & Lights: to enable everyone to rest, we request that you limit any noise that may disturb your neighbors during Quiet Hours, 10 PM to 7 AM. Whispers only! During the day we encourage guests to avoid any unnecessary or excessive noise to help retain the peaceful atmosphere of the ranch.
