Did you know that a tasty breakfast is available for you during your stay? Our made-to-order breakfast options include a variety of flavorful ingredients to get you fueled for a day of adventures.

All guest rooms have Coffee, Tea, Sugar and Creamer. Decaf Coffee and Hot Chocolate are also available - just ask!

HOW TO ORDER

Please let us know what you would like for breakfast (preferably the evening before), cash or credit, and what time you want it between 7:00 am to 10:00 am, and we will bring it to your room.

Mile High Breakfast Basket

Jumbo Blueberry Muffin, Hard Boiled Egg, Yogurt with Fresh Berries and Granola, Fresh Fruit, Fruit & Nut Bar, and Orange or Apple Juice. $14

Ranch Breakfast Bowl

Fried Potatoes, Scrambled Eggs, Cheddar Cheese, Salsa, Smokey Chipotle Sauce, Turkey Bacon, Red Pepper, Chives, and Orange or Apple Juice. (GF) $14

Belgian Waffle Stack

2 Waffles with your choice of topping, Butter and Maple Syrup, and Orange or Apple Juice. Topping Choices: Berries & Whipped Cream, Bananas & Pecans with Whipped Cream, or S’mores with crumbled graham crackers, toasted marshmallows, and chocolate syrup. $14

Guests of the Ranch enjoy complimentary large homemade cookies loaded with chocolate chips and walnuts at check-in. Also available for purchase for that long drive home! 2 for $6, 6 for $15, 12 for $24

Fresh Eggs for Sale!

The Mile High Ranch is serving eggs for breakfast from these feathered members of our family (Born April 24th 2023). When available, take home a dozen fresh eggs for $5!

Long-Term Plans

We are hard at work developing plans for additional dining options for our guests and will be announcing it here in the future. Think romantic music, soft lights, a fireplace and under the stars, and you'll be on the right track. In the meantime we are now offering additional breakfast options, and will soon be adding a variety of snacks and beverages. Marshmallows for the campfire are always free!
