Step into the spirit of the season at the Sixth Annual Halloween Haunt at Mile High Ranch—a night where Bisbee’s charm meets spooky fun for all ages. Bring your family and friends for an evening filled with eerie entertainment, playful ghostly encounters, delicious seasonal food & BOOverages, and a remarkable Halloween gift shop.
The night kicks off with a family‑friendly show full of audience participation, laughter, and lighthearted frights. As the sun dips behind the Mule Mountains and the shadows stretch across the ranch, the Haunted House awakens, transforming the property into a living, breathing ecosystem of nightmares—an outdoor gauntlet where every rustle, chirp, and shadow hints at something with too many legs watching from the dark.

The fun begins in the outdoor Spider Theater with magic, mayhem, tricks and treats, and a REAL ghost story that will make your heart jump.

The Ranch has been taken over by Creepy Crawlies and Mutant Creatures in search of food. Wear comfortable sturdy shoes...in case you need to run!
If You Survive the Haunt...
BOOverages and Tricky Treats
While your heartbeat slowly returns to normal, enjoy some fang-tastic treats and seasonal beverages while toasting marshmallows over a fire. Monsters will also be on hand for pictures after the haunt concludes.

Questions & Answers
Is it scary? Our goal is to make you wet your pants, so…yes? Some people never get scared, while others can’t even make it through the entry door, so it all depends on you and your tolerance for startle scares and creepy characters.
Is it appropriate for children? Yes, if… There is nothing inappropriate for children so as long as they appreciate scary entertainment they should be fine. And if they don’t, six or seven months of therapy afterwards should help!
Is it really free? This Annual Community Event is free to attend, including the show, the haunt tour, and the marshmallow toasting.
Are there refreshments? Yes. You will find Seasonal Spooky Treats and hot and cold BOOverages for purchase.
Is there parking? Yes. The Ranch has a small parking lot in front, plus there’s a 1/4 mile of free parking along Wood Canyon, the street next to the Ranch.
Can guests wear costumes? Yes. If you intend to tour the haunted attraction be sure to wear something that can maneuver tight and twisty spaces.
Do we need to bring chairs? No. The performance area has seating, and if all of the chairs are full, there is plenty of standing room.
Can we show up early? Absolutely! The performance area is ready for guests 1/2 hour before the start of the show, so come at 6:00 to meet some of the ghoulish characters for one-on-one freaky fun and photo opportunities!
Do you enjoy making people wet their pants? Do screams sound like music to you? It’s very easy and fun to be a monster at this event. We will hold a few rehearsals before it opens, do some group projects to install all of the props and special effects, hold the event for three nights (Oct 28, 29 & 30), and have a Cast Member Party a week after.
